Renting a garment can be a breeze for busy individuals! We’ve crafted a variety of shipping and pickup options to cater to your diverse schedules.

Order Lead Time: To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least 2-3 days before your rental date. Rural deliveries may require extra time. For a chance at same-day shipping, orders must be placed before 4 pm. While we strive to accommodate same-day shipping, it’s not guaranteed. Ordering earlier increases your chances of success.

Shipping Cut-Off: Our shipping cut-off time is 4:00 pm every Wednesday. Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched at the customer’s risk. If your order does not reach you in time for your event due to this, no refunds will be provided.

Shipping Days: We offer shipping services from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 4:00 pm. Please note that postal services typically operate on weekdays only.

Courier Service: All garments are sent via New Zealand Post overnight courier. You will receive tracking emails automatically once the courier collects your parcel. Garments are not to be cleaned! Vim and Vigor will have them dry cleaned when they are returned.

Return Shipping ($14): For customers outside of Wanaka who are unable to pick up, this option is available. We will send your garment via overnight courier along with a return bag addressed back to us, ensuring a hassle-free return.

Saturday Delivery ($19): Ideal for last-minute rentals booked between 4 pm on Thursday and midday on Friday. If you’re booking past 4 pm on a Thursday and require your order that same week, selecting this option is essential. Please note that orders made after 7 am on a Friday may not guarantee Saturday deliveries.

Rural Delivery ($19.50): If you reside in a rural area, this option must be selected to ensure successful delivery. If regular shipping is chosen and we need to contact you regarding a rural upgrade, this may delay your garment’s shipping by one working day.

Local Delivery ($7): If you can’t make it to our address for pickup, we can deliver your garment and collect it afterward. This service is available within the Wanaka area. Feel free to contact us to confirm delivery availability in your area.

Pickup (FREE): The best option for Wanaka locals is to pick up your chosen garment 1-2 days before your event and return it to us the next working day.

Return Bag Loss: If you misplace your return bag, please use the following postage address: Coran, Vim and Vigor, 10 Kelliher Drive, Wanaka, 9305. If you return a garment without using our provided return bag, you must upgrade to a courier service; otherwise, late fees will apply. We ship all our garments via overnight courier with the aim of arriving 1-2 working days before your event. If you require it earlier, please leave a note on your order.

Parcel Delays: Occasionally, shipping delays may occur. Once the garment is posted, we have limited control over its progress. If you notice a delay in your order, please contact NZ Post immediately for more information. You will have a tracking number emailed to you onve the order has been purchased. If your request for redirection or similar actions delays your order, no refund or credit will be issued.
